Riverside Lifelong Health & Rehabilitation Mathews Referral

From the moment you drive past flowering trees and walk into our comfortable living room, you'll find a warm and inviting setting. Whether it's a private or shared accommodation in our 60-bed facility, each room features distinctive furniture and pleasant views of the countryside.

With comprehensive nursing care, a wide variety of social programs as well as innovative programs such as music and memories and restorative sleep, our residents are encouraged to maintain the highest level of independence possible. A newly renovated dining area provides the perfect setting for the nutritious meals served from our selective menus. The dining room also serves as a great area for socialization, as does our beautiful sunroom. Our residents also benefit from quarterly vision services, monthly podiatry services and counseling services, when and if needed.

Boasting staff with longevity and a strong connection to and involvement with the community, compassion and excellence are at the heart of our every interaction. Since many of our staff are residents of the Mathews County, they want only the best for their fellow neighbors.
